Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between PsychozAI SAS and any person making a purchase on the website ia-pragma.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Service description

The service consists of a conversation session lasting up to 60 minutes with an artificial intelligence agent specialised in strategic foresight, followed by the automatic generation of a prospective synthesis through 3 review passes. The synthesis is viewable online and downloadable in PDF format from the My Sessions area.

Price

The service price is €69.00 net. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made online by bank card via the secure Stripe platform.

Execution and right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer who requests immediate execution of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period expressly waives this right. By ticking the box provided before payment, the customer acknowledges that the service begins immediately and that they lose their right of withdrawal.

Access to the service

After payment, the customer is automatically redirected to their chat session. They can also access their session at any time from the My Sessions page by identifying themselves with their email address. An invoice is sent by email after payment confirmation.

Session duration

The chat session is limited to 60 minutes from the moment it starts. After this period, the session is automatically interrupted. The customer may end the session at any time before the deadline. The synthesis can be generated regardless of the actual duration of the conversation.

Liability

The analyses and recommendations provided by the AI agent are automatically generated by artificial intelligence. They do not constitute certified professional advice, nor legal, financial, medical or psychological opinions. PsychozAI SAS shall not be held liable for decisions made by the customer on the basis of this information. In case of psychological distress, the customer is invited to contact 3114 (French national suicide prevention number).

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of Bordeaux shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.
