Your data is used to: provide the AI prospective session service, generate and deliver your personalised synthesis, send invoices and service-related notifications, ensure the technical operation of the website.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) when purchasing and providing the service.
Subprocessors
Your data may be transmitted to the following subprocessors strictly within the scope of providing the service: Stripe (payment processing, USA — standard contractual clauses), Anthropic (AI processing of conversations, USA — standard contractual clauses), O2Switch (hosting, France).
Data retention
Data is retained indefinitely to allow the customer to access their sessions and syntheses at any time. The customer may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting psychozai@protonmail.com. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations.
